How I work with couples

In person-centred couple therapy, I don't take sides or give advice on what you "should" do. Instead, I create a safe space where both partners can:

  • Express themselves fully without judgment
  • Feel truly heard – often for the first time in a long while
  • Understand each other's perspective more deeply
  • Discover new ways of being together

My role is to facilitate genuine dialogue. Sometimes the most powerful moment is when one partner really hears what the other has been trying to say for years.

What to expect

Sessions are longer than individual therapy – typically 60-90 minutes – to give both partners adequate space. We'll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you as a couple.
