Individual Therapy
Person-centred psychotherapy is about being truly present with you – through talking and listening. No techniques, no strategies – just genuine human connection.
The core question
Who am I really, and how can I live as authentically as possible?
In the person-centred approach, we believe that psychological difficulties arise when there's a gap between who you deeply are and what you're living. My role is to give you space to be more and more yourself.
How does it work?
There are no specific techniques in person-centred therapy. I accompany you according to your needs:
- Some people need a lot of talking, questions and answers
- Others need important moments of silence
- Some prefer monologue, others dialogue
Always following your rhythm. This doesn't mean I'm passive – quite the opposite. It means I'm experienced enough to adapt to different communication styles and strong enough to truly meet you where you are.
Does it work?
It is scientifically proven that the person-centred approach is one of those that really "work". This also corresponds to my personal experience – it's the method that suits me best, and my clients are generally happy with the outcome.
Beyond words
I also speak the language that is most deeply understandable to me: the language of the body. That's why I sometimes offer Focusing or Body Therapy to accompany you in my specific way.
