Who is psychotherapy for?

Anyone who feels emotionally, psychologically or mentally uncomfortable can benefit from psychotherapy. We all know such moments - sometimes professional support helps.

When should I start?

The right moment is when you feel like it or when you're suffering and see no other way forward. You can also come simply for prevention or personal growth.

How does it work?

In the person-centred approach, psychological problems arise from a gap between who you deeply are and what you live. My role is to give you space to become more yourself. You can talk about whatever feels important.

How often, how long?

You choose your own rhythm. A good start is one 45-minute session once or twice a week. The total duration depends on you and your development.

What does it cost?

I want therapy to be accessible. The standard fee is 80€ / 2000 Kč. Reduced rates are available for lower incomes, starting from 40€ / 1000 Kč for students. Special rates for longer sessions and couple therapy.

In which languages?

I offer psychotherapy in English, German and French. You choose the language you feel most comfortable in.
