Supervision

In person-centred supervision, the focus is on YOU as the therapist - not on analyzing your client's disorder. Research consistently shows that therapeutic success depends primarily on the quality of the therapeutic relationship and the therapist's experience.

This supervision is valuable for therapists of all orientations, as we work on how you build and live the therapeutic relationship.

Practice Analysis

Every profession involves situations with relational difficulties. In practice analysis, we discuss concrete situations where such problems arise.

My extensive experience across various helping professions allows me to understand diverse situations, relationships, and institutional dynamics. Together we develop practical solutions.

Training

I collaborate with various training institutes and also offer my own trainings in psychotherapy and counseling. All trainings are grounded in the person-centred approach.

Therapy for Therapists

Professionals have their own needs when working on themselves - to better recognize and move beyond their experiential blind spots. Working with fellow therapists is one of my particular strengths.
